The black is melanin. The green in the grass is chlorophyll, which is digested. Milk is white because the elements it is comprised of are that color. Real butter is actually white, maybe slightly pale yellow. It is fat.

A black cow, eats green grass and produces white milk with clabber on top. The clabber is then churned and makes yellow butter. My grandma used to milk her cows and in those days, she used a wooden churn and churned it by hand. When I was six yrs. old it was fun when I had my turn to churn.

It's MAGIC!

And don't forget the yellow some other liquid and brown semi-solid (until it's been around awhile!)

Cows can produce butter - just fire some and hire replacements - it's called "churn".

They actually eat hay, that's yellow. They have their food brought to them. Real dairy cows don't just roam around and eat grass off the ground.

Think of it this way: You probably have tanned skin, and you probably eat green vegetables, and maybe brown meats and gravy, and yet you produce yellow urine and white sperm.
