help i need some ideas on how to lose 10 pound that are reasonable ideas. i love junk food and i have tryed to quit eating it but it is sooo hard. plz help me!

Try the not eating sweets and starches. It works but it's not the healthiest thing prolonged.
You can eat all the meats, fats, and green veggies you want.

Stock your fridge with healthy snacks instead -- on weekends, I usually buy a bunch of fruits and vegetables and get them all washed, peeled, and cut-up so that it's easy to grab them as a snack later in the week. If you crave something sweet, try snacking on a cup of sugared cereal, which tends to have fewer calories than other junk food and at least is fortified with vitamins. If you crave something salty, go with pretzels or low-fat chips.

If you are having a terrible craving and fear you are about to binge on something, try to distract yourself. I often find that I'm LESS hungry after a workout, so maybe going for a brisk walk will help put your craving back under. Drink a lot of water, which can help you feel fuller. And try not to buy the foods you crave so much at all, so they aren't in the house when you get a hankering.

Your answer lies in your response. "I love junk food." Stop eating junk food. Not everything that we love is healthy for us. People make such a big deal about losing weight, even when nature has provided us with the answers. Eat what grows from the ground, drink plenty of water, cut down on your red meat consumption. take about 20-30 minutes a day to work out. run in place during tv commercials and during the show, do some crunches. that should help. you might not get instant results, it just might take time.

have a glass of water with a teaspoon of slippery elm or psyllium husks in in 20 mins before every meal it should help fill your belly and suppress the amount of food you consume

eat fruits instead of sweets. get some 98% fat free popcorn to replace chips or eat pretzel they have salt and are low in calories. drink water instead of Pop
