I don't know what you're looking for but I would choose
either the Dodge Charger SRT-8 or the Neon SRT-4.

need more detail on what your looking for,but anyways. The SRT4 neon is really nice. The engine in it is the real thing. The old Dodge viper when it came out was the fast and the hardest to drive. Its the reason there are so many super cars. Dodge Ram with Cummins is really nice. The new Hemi cars seem to bring a whole new ball game.

Any mopar car is the bomb, but the overall mopar has to be the dodge darts, whether it was a 2 door or 4 slant 6, 318, 340, 360, 383 the grand old 440 with the gas guzzeling 4 barrle carb, it has looks, power, performance, and style the dart is one of the worlds greatest cars by far.
the charger, challanger, super bee, road runner, cuda, and so on are still very good classic cars

There are no good Dodge's now-a-days. My last three vehicles have been Dodge, only because I got a real nice discount. A relative worked for them so I got a special discount. But they could give me one now for free and I wouldn't take it. My two current vehicles are a 2000 Dakota with 54,000 miles and a 2004 Caravan with 42,000 miles. I take very good care of both. 3000 mile oil changes, tire rotations often, air filters and all scheduled maintenance done per schedule. The Dakota is nickel and diming me to death. The Caravan has been back for warranty repairs 9 times. Never again.......My son has a 1995 Toyota Camry with 98,000 miles and it runs like a clock. He's only put money in it for standard up-keep. Oil changes etc.

The best new Dodge would have to be the Viper and the best muscle would have to be the challenger with the 426 Hemi.
