HAD = Hole Accumulation Diode
CCD = Charged-Coupled Device

This is a image sensor use in camcorder. Most camcorder used some sort of image sensor called ccd or cmos. The HAD CCD is just a term for the technology used in Sony line of camcorders and other devices.
