But doesn't that also depend on one's mood? Like sometimes, you feel like a nut, somtimes you don't.

I like both. Dark chocolate for dipping and Milk Chocolate for eating by itself

I love milk chocolate, but I cannot eat a lot of it because I am lactose intolerant. I can have as much dark chocolate as I want, though, but I do not like dark chocolate as much.

Dark chocolate is better for you, milk chocolate tastes better to most people. Dove dark chocolate is really good.
