besides the obvious please. I know Vodka and rum and beer are all produced differently. i dont care how, I just care that it gets me drunk! But there seem to be a few myths around alcohol...

Basically Ive heard that drinking dark liquor is hard on your stomich, and Ive also heard the opposide. Is that a myth or just a fact

Is it bad for some reason to mix different types of alcohol? And why? I can tell you the beer before liquor myth is false, just look it up. Isnt it all Ethanol, which basically occurs naturally?

Another thing, Some people claim that they get different buzzes from different kinds of alcohol. I gotta think thats a myth. Again its all ethanol. Ive tried many d\fferent forms and never noticed any difference..

anything else yall can come up with, go ahead!

Mainly they taste different, have different ingredients and different alcohol levels. You will get drunker faster on a Martini binge than drinking the same amount of beer or wine simply because a Martini is pure alcohol. Mixing "grain and grape" can be hard on the stomach especially if you switch back and forth all evening when you wake not only will you have a killer hangover but your stomach will be wrecked for days. Youth has it's privileges though and you may suffer no ill effect for years and then suddenly - boom it'll hit you and you are sicker than a dog every time you drink. Enjoy it now it won't last forever. Cheers!

Mainly the difference is the percentage of alcohol content. Beer being 4 to 8 roughly, wine 10 to 25 approximately and liquor the % is listed on the bottle.

i can definetlely tell a difference in my buzz depending on what kind of alcohol i drink...my personality is different. i get psycho-crazy and cry when i drink vodka, and fun and loud when i drink tequila. tired when i drink wine. its not psychological either, it happens even if its in a mixed drink and im not srue what i am drinking. It is all ethanol, yes, but the fermentation process is different for each. Also, cheaper alcohol makes me feel nauseous faster than more expensive alcohol (example:shots of mccormicks vs shots of grey goose). Its all about quality and fermentation, they do different things to your body, chemically.
