If you have the same faith and beliefs then he will understand and probably doesn't want to do anything now because he knows the rules......
....why not enjoy being friends until the time is right and you can move on to the next level together with the blessings of both families?

I would wait till your 16. if you decieve your mmother and she finds out . She won't trust you for a very long time and you will have to do alot to show her that you can be trusted again. further more she may not allow you to date till your 17 for going against her wishes. So you could make your situation much worse. You think 16 is to far away try 17 and up.
If this boy likes you he can wait till your 17 or move on to someone one else and come back to you when your 16.

Don't go behind your mother's back - she is the one person in the world you should never lie to. How about a group date with lots of kids. A movie or dinner out together? Then you are not going against your family wishes and still get to know this guy.

If he is 16. . .and really likes you, he will understand your situation and most likely ask you out when you turn 16 (if he knows your age). Until then, just hang out and be friends. Your mother shouldn't have a problem with you having friends. Maybe you and a group of people should hang out just in case, that way you will be with him, and your mom might be okay with it.
Just be patient and wait.

well he's mormon so he couldnt ask you out. because of the 16 year old rule. maybe you should talk to him, like say hey i really like you and if he does you too can find a way to solve this out.

Wait until you are of an age to date. The reason for this is a good one if you ask your parents.

Sorry, but I think you need to be patient on this one. You will have plenty of time to date after you are 16, and if he really likes you he will wait too.

Be friends and stay true to your faith. This is temptation, and enduring temptation is part of growing up.
You don't say how old you are, but if you are serious about your faith, and respect for your family, then wait until you're 16. If he asks you out, tell him you'd like to say yes but that you can't out of respect for your faith and family. He should respect that. And if he's serious about you, he will be expecting it.
