Like, we're in the same class and I usually sit next to him...I mean I am shy around guys I like....so guys I don't like always assume I like them, because I can talk freely around them without feeling like a complete doofus, but with guys I like, I get quiet...more sarcastic...haha mean, right? Sometimes I catch him looking at me, or trying to make me laugh, or when we are in the hallways...and my school is freaking crowded, when we see each other...I see him looking at me, and of course I look back I was brought up to look someone in the eyes, even if I don't or do know them. Oh also, he does sometimes pick on me...which I know isn't a big sign, plus I know his brother who way more outgoing than he is...so when I do talk to the guy I like I feel like he is trying to be more outthere....if you need anything more, feel free to ask. Oh yeah, he doesn't talk to me in the hallway...we don't talk outside of class, except I've seen him at his work and he has smiled...heh.

thats a hard situation, if u r both shy......
It sounds 2 me like he likes u but is afraid 2 show it. keep flirting w/ him and watch him closer 2 see how he reacts. try 2 make any effort 2 talk 2 him & get 2 kno him. subtly let him kno that ur interested. if he has an IM account or a cell# then get it and talk2 him. of course if this makes u feel uncoomfortable, then u dont have 2. just try 2 make a concious effort 2 coimmunicate w/ him & keep flirting!
