My boyfriend went crabbing today and got a LOT of crab and now he isn't quite sure what to do with it. Vacuum seal? Refrigerate? Freeze? Thanks!

Well you should shell all of it and vacuum seal the flesh. Then put in the refrigerator if you plan to eat it within a week. Otherwise freeze it and it'll keep for around 6 months. There's a recipe for California Rolls on the link, which is on sources.

if crabs have eggs-sponges on the bottom- they are female throw them back. if not slice crab in half from head to back (not side ways) pull off shell clean out inside take out dead man ( it looks like grass- greyish brown) put crabs in boiling salt water untill they are red takes a couple of minutes take out let cool and enjoy.(^_^)
