just report the passport stolen to the police and your brother can apply for a new one

Depends on what country it is going to and how much drugs the thief had at the time of sale. Supply and Demand, that is. But typically £50 to £150.

Its not worth it. they will use it to do all sorts of stuff in his name. Please report it immediately so your son is not blamed for anything or hauled in by the police. Also depending what they will do with it they could inadvertently mess with his credit by their criminal acts so when he goes to apply for credit such as a mortgage or a credit card or something large items on HP - he won't qualify as his name will already be blacklisted! Make them pay for this - the scum!
