Many so-called psychics read body language and expressions, giving general answers that everyone can relate to. We have a way of giving to much information in our responses to their readings than needed. Generally - "How did they know that?" we gave them that information ourselves. Be careful. While there are some real psychics in this world, some people rely on trickery to promote their agendas.

I visited a palm-reader lady once in Hollywood, CA of all places. Yeah, I left with a sense of, like, "whoa, what the heck?"

The Bible confirms that all those things have spiritual sources, although there are a LOT of charlatans (fakes, con-artists) out there also. Remember the words of P. T. Barnum, the greatest showman of all time - "There's a sucker born every minute, and two to take him."

Now about the spiritual sources involved in these sort of 'Arts' and 'Gifts', they are NOT of God. They are fallen spirits trying to lure you into their influence. Although I did once visit such a person, I do not recommend it to anyone. I never went back. I decided I wanted the God of Creation to guide my path, not false gods of shadow and mystery. When I feel the need for guidance I pray to Him and read His Word.

I tried one out one time. I was very disappointed. She wasn't very good. I've given better cold readings to people. Most don't realize how easy it is to give a "psychic reading" based off how one carries themselves and dresses. People give away so much.

No, I do not listen to people who accept money to tell you what the future is. True prophets would never take money for that.

I think that "psychics" are just good listeners who tell you what you want to hear.

Believe me, these people are at best self deluding fakes, and at worst clever, manipulative, charlatans, who prey on the weak and gullible. Stay away from 'em.
