He has never called me. I meet him at work and sometimes we talk on email. Two weeks ago, I told him that my birthday is September 26. After he knew, he said that he would do a nice thing for me. Then, we had a nice dinner, and we went to a movie. After that, he took me home, and he kissed my hand. He's still sending me email but did not call. Should I ask him out? He's 7 years older than me.

If he's married No. If he's not married you could call him and talk to him and give him a chance to ask you out but I don't think you should ask him out. He may have other women he is seeing and that is why he has not asked you out or if he is married he has to be careful asking you out until it is safe.......know what I mean?

he sounds like a very nice and romantic guy..a lot of guys dont always call, but they are still interested..i would ask him out, not for a relationship date, just a casual date..

Sure. Or you could try and hint to him that you wouldn't mind going out again and then maybe he will ask you again.
