I fully believe that we are reincarnated. Many memories that do not make sense to us are of those lives. For the most part we do not remember, but sometimes there is a residual effect. I believe that our souls are tied to the Earth and that is why it is so important to care for her to our best abilities.

I don't believe in past lives. I believe that a portion of memory is passed on genetically. When people go through these past life regression techniques, they are opening themselves up to the memories of their ancestors. It's not totally foolproof, but as good an explanation as any.

My problem with regression is that too many people claimed that they were the same person in a past life
