My friend is mentally unstable and has a record that she had mental illness was filing a case against her ex bf about she was used and made her a prostitute which it really didnt happened, does the authority will gonna believe her?

yes, people with a mental illness should have the right to "file a case" everyone should be treated equally. if the police know she has a history of mental illness, and they do not find any basis or truth regarding her accusation's , they would most likely send her to psychiatric facility, or a doctor to get her the help she needs. they most likely would not charge her, unless she herself, has committed a crime. your writing is hard to understand, but at least you got your message across. not everyone can write and read perfectly maddog show some compassion

Well, I'm sure they will interview people and get opionions, witnesses and then go from there whether or not they have a case or not. If she is lying they will find out and she could be charged.
