He stares and smiles at me a lot .... But sometimes when i stare at him he looks a little bit nervous or uncomfortable ...... but his eyes and the way he looks at me seems that he likes me as i like him.
How can I know if he likes me or not without asking it........ by the way I'm 19 and he's about 23

I see why you are confused but I don't get why youre desperate. Desperate women make a lot of mistakes. You need to get a grip so you can deal with things rationally.
I wouldnt do anything just wait and see what happens.

ask one of your friends if they notice him looking at you. Sometimes the best way to find out if someone likes you is through your friends.
