every time i end a non-responsive program i get a pop-up message saying an error report is being sent to Microsoft.
it is annoying and none of there business
how can i KILL this function so i never see it again?

you cant... and you shouldnt be getting those unless there is something wrong with an aplication, and you send it so THEY can HELP you figure out how to fix the problem you are having... they dont colect anything but error stuff, no personal information

right click my computer>properties>advanced>error reporting check disable and uncheck notify me apply

it can't be gone its already part of the windows.
