When I have an out of body expeirience I always get scared and wake myself up. How can I overcome the fear and continue my expeirience?

Face your fears. Do not turn away from them, they will persist. Face them during your AP and you will overcome them. You have the control and are creating EVERYTHING with YOUR thought.

read more about it, and realize above all else, that you may only go so far from your body, on earth and in the spiritual planes. it should be a good experience, but remember you will be more in the astral planes, where you will find evil, 'things' that want to have you believe in them although you wouldn't if you truly knew who they 'had been'.
there are lots of books out there. look for titles that attract you to them, not just first one you see. you will find that these have more in them that you want.
one thing, though. if you are being bothered in your sleep, then you are being bothered in your mind. it may be your own brain that is telling you it doesn't want to be involved with it, and that is ok, completely ok. listen to your gut, listen to your mind, do not listen to your friend ""joe"" who just wants excitement at 'your' expense.

try doing it while your awake & if you have a mirror facing your bed, move it. You dont have to be in your body to control it.

just learn to enjoy and be happy, it's a pretty cool thing. just don't be afraid of it, there is no reason to.
