That depends. You have to take in fewer calories than you burn off. Fruits and veggies definitely have fewer calories than other foods. However, if they are an addition to your diet rather than a replacement for high-calorie food, it's probably not going to work. But I'd go ahead and juice since it'll probably provide a lot of nutrients.

Yes they will help, also drink alot of water, water and juices flush the body. Don't eat just fruits and veggies, eat a balanced diet with meat if you like meat, and potatoes and grains. Too much all veggies, fruits, and juices will give you the trots and that's not good.

Probably not without a healthy diet and some exercise, but one thing is for sure, it sure is tasty... carrot juice mixed with a little apple juice is awesome.
Watermelon juice is the best however.
