It's either going to be a Penfolds Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz or a Penfolds Kununga Hill. As you can tell I like Australin Wines. What do you think?

I'd go for the Bin 28 Kalimna Shiraz myself.
It's medium bodied with balanced acidity. Very mouth filling and almost plummy tasting, very ripe with tannins.

Choose whichever is the heavier wine -- a Cabernet or Zinfandel would be ideal. If they are both Shiraz, why not open both and have a wine tasting? Oh -- chill slightly before serving to enhance flavor bloom. Heavy reds should not be warmer than about 65 degrees.
