Strawberry Shortcake.

You can do strawberries and whip cream on top of a shortcake, or just add whip cream to the top of any pudding you like. Most of the other things I know involve multiple items and they take time to make.

Get some vanilla yogurt, frozen berries, and granola. Mix it up all together and add a little whip cream to make it taste good. It's supposed to be healthy if you don't add too much whip cream.
(hint: make sure you don't add to many frozen berries, because it will be too sweet. And you can use low fat vanilla yogurt and it will still taste really good. I think it's called a parfait.) :)

Mash them up, add a sprinkle of sugar. Pour over two scoops of Haagen Daz Vanilla Ice Cream! Yummmm.

since strawberries are out of season, I recommend strawberry jello with whipped cream on the top...SO good and simple too...raspberry jello works well also
