to get your hair longer, faster......... try taking some prenatal vitamins. they dont just make you healthier, but they grow your hair and nails out pretty fast. also, braid your hair before you go to sleep. it helps the growth too.

I really like and trust Nexxus products- Vita tress Biotin shampoo will make your hair longer Assure shampoo prevents split ends so alternate shampoo and conditioners (leave it in for 3 minutes.) I find a lot of people sit down and their hair is breaking off on the back of the chair, so don't sit on your hair. Exercise and eat right. Stay away from dairy products because they clog the intestines, and eat more fish. Eat everything in moderation. Exercise makes hair grow faster. Good vitamins help. Hair grows a half inch or more a month, so don't trim a half inch a month. With proper shampoo, conditioner, and basic good hair care you will be able to go without trimming your hair longer.

Eating healthier will make your hair healthier. And if you trim the ends of your hair every now and then it will help prevent split ends and will make the ends of your hair healthy, which will make them grow faster. I know it sounds crazy to trim your hair to make it longer, just dont do it too much and you will start to see results.

prenatal vitimins, you can buy them over the counter in the same section that you get regular vitimins. they make your hair and nails grow. Stop using alot of junk in your hair and dont blow dry it every day. get your hair cut on a regular basis, healthy hair grows faster.

My hair grows when I gel it up real good and put it in a TIGHT pony tail for a week or two. Pulling your hair makes it grow but not pulling to the point you pull it out.Good luck.

all you have to do is shampoo regularly.
For best results, go to your hairdresser every month or so and get your dead ends taken off.
Or the easy suggestion, hair extensions.

there's nothing that really makes it grow significantly faster, but if you need longer hair fast, go with extentions.....GL;)
