Coco and Christina and Erika have the right ideas. Kuticus does not. Lasagna is not hard to make, although it has a tendancy to be on the expensive side. If you put tofu in your lasagna I will personally come to your house and throw it in the garbage disposal. I have couple if tips to add (not that either of their recipes need help):
Sauce choices available now are wide and varied. Go for the gusto. Get one flavored with garlic, basil, onions, tomato chunks or something unusual. It makes for a dish that has a more unique palate.
You don't have to pre-cook your pasta. I use a little bit more(subjective, I know) sauce between layers if using dried stuff. They even sell the noodles that are advertised as not needing to be precooked.
Cheese, cheese, cheese. I like the Parmesan idea. I need to have gobs of mozzarella. Especially on the top. You want a thick layer on top. I usually finish mine under the broiler. You still get that good stretchy, gooey thing going, but it also has a nice, brown, thin layer that has a bit of a crunch.
SAUSAGE!. 50-50% hot (or sweet Italian) sausage/ hamburger mix makes for a really delicious blend. You can get it at the local butcher loose so you don't have to pull it out of the skins, which can be a gross procedure.
If you're really feeling expressive, go and toss in some julienned peppers, onions, garlic slivers, etc in between the layers. Go beyond the traditional a little. Experimenting with lasagna can be fun, but don't go overboard. Add any extra goodies in small amounts. They will go a long way.

i dont eat meat, but if you wanted to, you could add beef. Cook lasagna noodles from the box as per the box directions. While they are cooking, mix a big container of ricotta with mozzarella (cut the mozzarella chunk into small pieces, or by the pre shredded one). Into this mixture, add one or two eggs, depending on how thick you want it to be. Then add a few sprinkles of garlic powder and italian seasoning for extra flavor. Preheat the oven to 375. Put a little bit of sauce in the bottom of the glass pan. Then layer noodles, cheese, sauce, and repeat. Depending on the size of the container, you will probably get 3-4 layers. I usually get 4. After the top layer of noodles, cover with sauce. I usually cover mine so that the sauce doesn't get all over the oven. I also put the glass pan on a cookie sheet to help with the mess. Cook 45 mins to 1 hour. I suggest letting it rest for about 20 mins or so to let it all settle down after cooking and taking it out. The aluminum foil will keep it warm. If you are going to be really busy, it might even be good to cook it the night before and clean up, and then just heat it up that day. I usually make it for the week for lunches for us. I personally like it better the next day. Good luck! It is actually pretty easy

Buy a pack of lasagna noodles cook them till they are still not quit done.. let them drain till air dried or i sometimes wipe them with a paper towel..
sauce.. I buy whatever spaghetti sauce i like.. cook a pound or more of hamburger if you like then mix them together...
Cheese... you will need one 16 oz of ricotta mixed with one egg.. and a cup of Parmesan mix really well..
I spray the bottom of pan with pam before but you don't have to
at bottom of pan i put a very thin layer of sauce mix then i put the noodles in a thin layer covering the bottom entirely (you may have to cut or tear noodles) then i layer on the cheese mix as evenly as possible... then sauce then i repeat this 2 more times..
i then cover the whole thing with mozzarella. bake at 350 for 35 -45 minutes.. You can add more stuff like mushrooms or whatever you like in your spaghetti..

there is none, lasagna is hard
you boil the noodles, just for like 15 minutes so they cook enough when its done.
make a good pasta sauce, whatever you like
get some good mozzarella cheese, the cheap plastic gooey kind, not fresh
some tofu, extra firm, tastes just like riccotta but is healthy
layer all that stuff, some olive oil too, tons of cheese on top
bake it like 45 minutes til the cheese gets golden brown
