To start off, 20 lbs in a month isn't realistic. Get it out of your head, NOW!

20 lbs over a couple of months is realistic.

So what should you do?

-Eat 4-6 small meals every day
-Exercise, primarily cardio and aerobic (stay away from the weights)
-Don't carb up. Eat an adequate amount of carbohydrates (adaquet depends on your weight so I can't give you any numbers, I don't know your weight) but don't go over board
-A supplement that's proven to work for bodyfat loss is Hydroxycut Hardcore by Muscletech. If you do everything that they suggest on that label, it will work.
-Don't FORGET. The most important ingredient in every weight loss or weight gain program (especially when using supplements) is WATER. Load up as much as possible every day.

And there you have it. Look at some of the health websites for more specific info. I'm about 99% sure that all I'm saying is correct but do more research and never listen to what just 1 person says.

Any diet program goes with exercise, so, eat healthy, 3 - 5 times a day, small portions, all the nutrition you need, and practice 6 times a week, gym, run, walk, bicycling, swim, whatever you can do. A thing I've seen work is when you take vitamin supplements on a regular basis and you exercise, you loose faster weight, and sleep more than 8 hours a day, oh yes, and at least 2 l of water, not more than 4l.

20 pounds in a month is not healthy! You will lose muscle tone if you are losing weight that fast. 5 pounds a month max, since weight loss done gradually will stay off. You may lose a lot quickly if you use unhealthy methods, but you will probably gain it back in the long run.

Cut off your head (about 10 lbs.) and maybe a foot and maybe a little of the same leg ... depending on the size of your feet!
