Best from what parameter?

Lowest emissions and maintainence- Fuelie

Easiest to work on- Carb

Most power- stroker vs stock size. For the same state of tune, compression ratio and parts used, the bigger engine is going to make more power. Meaning that the 383 chevy stroker is gonna make more power than the 350 chevy. A stroker is not the end-all, be-all solution. A different type or larger engine can still beat a stroker. The term "stroker" just means that the engine is using a crankshaft with a larger than stock stroke.

Even some de-stroked engines ran very well. A good example of this is the DZ-302. It was a Chevy 327 with a shorter stroke from the factory. It did well in trans-am racing series in the late '60s.

Not really sure what you're asking, because a stroker can be fuel injected or carbureted. They all have different applications, so no one solution is best.

depends on what your looking for. In the power category Stroker Motors rule and they can be either Fuel Injected or Carb. The difference comes in as to what your doing with the motor and how you want it to function. Are you looking for something easy to work on well then a Carb is for you. Fuel injected engines require additional electrical components to opperate at peak performance while a carb is a more simplistic system. However if you want fuel economy carbs cannot hold a candle to fuel injected engines. As far as Power is concerned everyone has their own opinions, I've seen feul injected and carborated engines run neck and neck, many big block enthusiests perfer Carbs because if nothing else works add a second carb and you get more horse, but as it stands today in the small block world fuel injectors seem to rule they can be tuned to perfection if you can find the right person to do it.

i own a repair shop, and right now I'm running a carbureted one on a Chevy ,and its doing really good, but a friend of mine has one we built ,and its fuel injected, and its doing better than mine is ,so for now id say the fuel injected ones are doing better, his has more torque seems like than i have, plus he has performance injectors also and i think that's helping his also,,but id have to go with the injected ones right now,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
