combine the bible and quran, and become one religion, we both believe in jesus and god, or allah, and we can combine holidays and traditions and call god Allahgod, I like thats actually my word, until we combine that's what I'm calling Yeweh, but seriously, both religions undermine women and are homophobs the pope and the muslim leader have a lot to get along with, and i can accept muhammed as a prophet he made alot of good points.

Good point. I was thinking today that the whole problem could have been worked out way back when it occured if only Sarah could have gotten along with Hagar and not been jealous. If only Abraham, Sarah, and Hagar could have made peace. And then if Jacob and Esau could have made peace.
I believe that in God's kingdom and in His timing that very thing may come about. Part of it is about being willing to share the earth and not fight over it. It's kind of like a cartoon. I,I,I WANT TO C O N T R O L THE WORLD ! ! !!
The angels that announced Jesus coming to the shepherd's said "peace on earth to men of good will."
Jesus gave us His peace but we have not yet learned to walk in it.
Thank you for the question.
Peace and good will,
Cathy

You have no idea what you're talking about.
As a woman myself I can say that Christianity does NOT undermine woman. And honest to God, I'd rather die than combine the faiths. I despise the ecumenical movement, or the coming together of different religions, because I believe in absolute truth, not many truths.
There is only one way to God and that's through Jesus.

That would be tough because Mohammad considered himself to be chosen by God to "repair" Judaism and Christianity. Jews and Christians like their religion just the way it is. Islam declares that anyone who does not believe what Mohammad says is someone who has turned away from the truth.

Muslim clerics would never allow the Bible to be combined with the Koran because they insist everything from the Bible that does not agree with the doctrines in Mohammad's Koran are because "people changed it", even though Mohammad confirms the legitimacy of the Bible, and insists God's word cannot be changed.

Islam is based on a lie that insists everyone else is lying.

Actually, people who believe in the Qur'an also believe the Bible (like the Hadith), Jesus (as God in Christ mode, as Jesus son of Mary in normal mode), share holidays and traditions, and so on.

islam came as a continuation for the previous revelations and their completion , and Quran is the true word of god , we believe in one god with neither partener or son , and that muhammed is his last prophet , which christianity mainly refuse to believe in!!
so , they can't combine.

As a Christian woman I cannot even believe that you could compare the role I have in my church and that of a muslim woman. I don't have to wear a burkah, and I can do things without the constant approval of a man. My religion does not treat me inferior to a man.

Well, you have your answer dont you. Poki Poki is a Muslim, with internet access, who tries to disavow the violent doctrines of Islam. Hes what people refer to when they speak of "moderates". People like him comprise .0001% of the Islamic world.

So what did he say:

"Christians believe Jesus is God which to us is blasphemy at best."

Key words being "AT BEST"...so, this means, at best, Christians are guilty of the very worst crime in Islam. Uhhh...whats "AT WORST"? Careful torture followed by impalement, simply for being Christian?
