This will depend on your body frame. Everyone is different. In my opinion, there's really no such thing as "normal" in relating to people. We are that much different. According to all the charts, I should be weighing like 180. There is no way. A couple of years ago, I was working out hard, and dieting hard, and I couldn't get any lower than about 200. So this will actually depend on how comfortable you feel about yourself. Hope I've helped you out, best of luck to you.

Anywhere from 110-145 pounds results in a Body Mass Index in the "normal" or "healthy" weight range for your height.

But try not to focus so much on numbers and instead just focus on being healthy -- eat well, exercise regularly, and learn to love your body the way it is!

About 125- 130. BUT DONT FORGET that muscle weighs more then fat and also you do not HAVE to be within that range. People come in thousands of different heights and weights and sizes and their all perfet the way they are.
