how to LIVE for the MOMENT.?

i have a hard time trying to live for the moment, meaning in a RELATIONSHIP! =D
i`m afraid to go out w/ anyone b/c i know sooner or later me & him will break up =(

i`m sick of being afraid but i can`t help but worry.
i know i`ll get over him soon or he`ll EVENTUALLY get over me.
i don`t want that.
i wish me & him could last foreverrrrr. <3
