I am so worried about my weight all of the sudden, I feel as if I am so fat, and everyone is stuning an beautiful, I feel like I can't control anything right now except for my weight. I don't eat breakfast, and sometimes I eat lunch, and I eat very little for dinner, and I do not eat between meals.
Am I anorexic, or starting to be anorexic? What are the outcomes of anorexia?

I have also been very dizzy lately and I feel like I am going to pass out, but sometimes I am just not hungry.

This can be a beginning stage of anorexia. Work out and eat healthy foods when you are hungry.

You can actually get past hunger. But there are signs that you need to eat. Light headed, dizziness and feeling weak. These are all signs that your body is starving.

If you allow yourself to become fully anorexic, death is the outcome.

The typical guide for a females height to weight is 100 lbs for five feet of height, then 5 lbs for every inch above that. If you want to be a bit slimmer go for 3 lbs per inch over 5 foot.

Please stay healthy, find things to do and stay busy with useful things. This will distract you from thinking about such unhealthy things.

Instead of doing without, just eat small meals.

You are at a very dangerous point in your life. You need to go and see a doctor ASAP and Tell to him/her about your issues.

What is going on at home or at school? Is there something that is really serious that you feel you cant control? Anorexia is not about food, but is about control and self worth.

i have suffered from anorexia for the last 16 years and if you go down this road it is very hard to get out it and it will kill you as it nearly did me. Even though I am not "anorexic" anymore I still live with this disease everyday of my life and because of years of "training" I still forget to eat as it has never been apart of my life except to count calories and punish myself for making mistakes. You don't want to end up in hospital as I did it is a scary horrible place to be. A Naso-gastric feed tube is one of the most painful things (next to child birth) you will ever go through.

Please speak to an adult that you trust and get some help now.

Please feel free to email me and I will reply to you as soon as I can.

You need to eat right.
I'm a guy, and I can tell you; there are GREAT looking girls who are not skinny, so you need to stop judging your attractiveness by that.
Eat good, healthy food and you will feel better about yourself; eating too little, and/or eating bad quality food alters your chemical balance, so your brain doesn't work right.
I'm serious.
You should talk to a counselor about this now, because if you wait, it will be much harder to deal with later.

Eat small portions but 4 times a day. Don't be silly and starve yourself. And don't become pressured to look a certain way. Be strong and stay healthy.
