It bothers me when I see girls putting on a full face of makeup in public.
Like foundation, blush, mascara, eyeshadow, ect.
I mean a little lip balm or lipgloss is alright. Just a touchup.
But anything more is just rude. If you need to redo your makeup go to the restroom and do it there!

I hate girls that wear too much makeup and put it on constantly in front of a us. Put it on at home and thats all.

yeah, it is. unless you aren't talking to him at the time. if you are talking and putting on makeup in front of a guy, it could be construed as you being bored with him.

it depends.
if your just putting on lipstick or just fixing eyeshadows, it should be ok. it could be even flirting.
however if you start putting on make up from the start, it would be weird. you would look totally a different person by the time you finish it.

Most guys would love to watch their girl do that.
When my husband and I were still in other countries we webcammed alot and he would watch me put my make up on everyday before I left for work. He said it was one of the things we looked forward to.

no but i wouldnt do it. i feel uncomfortable putting on makeup in public as it is, let alone a boy that would be reallly uncomfortable to me.
