ok. i am an eighteen year old guy who is so harmless and a coward when it comes to flirting or making a conversation with a girl. Most of the time i become so self conscious and i end up embarassing my self at the end of the day. As a result of this, i haven't been able to get a girlfriend. I know it isn't good for a man to be shy around women. But, What do i do? How do i boost my confidence around women?

Man i used to be the exact same as u and im 16 now!!!Your afraid of girls because of what they might think of you!!!! Get to know a girl first don't be thinking of getting with her to much as yr mind will wander elsewhere!!!! You also might think that the girl thinks your ugly or not her type!!! Most girls are interested in personality so be nice and boost your confidence by makin friends with more girls and telling yourself that you are good lookin it realy works

Well if your really shy around woman then maybe your not feeling to good yourself. Have you ever had a bad expeirience with a girl ?If so than maybe your heart is telling you to just lay back and soon you'll find your perfect girl. Trust me on this one! If thats not the case than maybe you should ask you buds to spruce you up to impress a girl ? That might work!

You just need your friends to help. Have them start a conversation with the girl you like and just follow up. And make sure you actually talk because the girl might fall for your friend if you are just acting like a tag along not saying anything.

Don't worry. You'll find the perfect girl someday. Some girls find a shy guy cute. I know I would. A girl might build up the courage to come on to you first. Or, you might meet a girl that you love so much, you'll come out of your shell for her. You've got your life in front of you - who knows what will happen!

for starters to get you used to talking to women, talk to women your not intrested in. Then talk to women like you would talk to guys....then just be yourself. You will figure it out, it just takes practice.
