Experts (nutritionists) recommend that the average individual eat 10mg Plutonium per day as a supplement. In the case where you won't be getting enough fiber in your diet, you may want to up that.

Apparently he brought some home for his wife too, since she was poisoned too. I guess they've traced the Polonium to a nuclear reactor in Russia which is strange since I didn't know they served sushi at a nuclear reactor. Even stranger is that Polonium, which obviously is the national fish of Poland, would be so deadly to a fellow eastern bloc spy. Go figure.

The polonium is what maybe referred to as an additive. It's like adding salt to you food. The food itself is fine, but the additive is not. In this case the additive was lethal. He would not have been fine had he eaten cod and chips, idiot. The point is the radioactive element was ADDED TO HIS FOOD. Furthermore, sushi is not yuppie food. Or was Mr. Litvinenko a Yuppie?

I wouldn't recommend it myself. A good dose of multivitamin does the job. As for the cod & chips, there's something a bit fishy about those, too.
