Best suggestion is once. I know people who've done it 3 times (either professionally or not). Downside to doing it more than once is that your hair starts to split or break. It also very much dries it out. I assume that doing it 4 times then results in some kind of major consequence.

you can do it twice in one day but it really hurts. use tea tree oil conditioner. Better off waiting a day in between. The tea tree oil really sooths the scalp. Hope you have short hair because overlapping bleach on longer hair really destroys it. Never 3 times.

First, are you aware that hair coloring uses toxic chemicals?
Second, are you aware that those toxic chemicals are being placed on top of the most important organ of your life? (Your brain)
Third, are you aware the color of your hair makes no difference to those around you. (Natural is better)
Fourth, are you aware, coloring your hair is just a wast of money?
Why not just get a hair cut? (Grooming is better than decorating)
