I heard that cocoa butter is great for healing scars and evening out complexion. Since I just recovered from an allergic reaction, a friend of mine suggested cocoa butter soap, but I don't have any brand names to go by. I noticed that a lot of the cocoa butter products in the US is diluted, so does this mean there are ethnic/foreign brands that have a more concentrated amount?

I am not sure what you mean by undiluted. I assume you mean that there are other ingredients in the soap besides cocoa butter. A 100% cocoa butter soap is typically not marketed because it will produce very little lather, if any. A good lathering soap requires some of the other oils that give soap good lather like coconut or palm oil. If you want 100% cocoa butter, just buy a jar of pure cocoa butter and use it as a moisturizer. I did find the site below that claims to have 100% cocoa butter soap but they don't list the ingredients Since the soap pictured is clear, there are probably other ingredients in it like alcohol.

Try pure shea butter soap from the organic market.
It will really be fine.
