im 14, and weight 90 pounds...ya..i eat a ton but never gain a pound cuz of my metabolism. Any way to gain weight/mass???

Go to the doctor...he may put you on vitamins or something like that!! If you eat right before you go to bed, that may help you gain wait also, because all the food turns into fat!! and if that dent work. dint worry one of these days Ur metabolism will slow down and you'll be eating little amounts and ice cream and fast food and Cinnamon's and cool aid and you'll look down at your self and want to throw up. least that's what happened to me!!!!!!Minimize all physical efforts and maximize your efficiency. For example, lots of people get fat because the get a desk job. Find some job that keeps you sitting on your rear for 8 hours/ day.This means Treat yourself to Oreos and CheezWhiz and Big Macs.

If you're trying to just gain mass, eat carbs ie. Pasta, Rice.You get the idea. Nuts are good for weight gain (Cashew, Peanut etc.)

If you're trying to gain muscle, eat protein and work out on beginners stuff, then gradually work your way up to more intense work outs and heavier weights.

If you don't care about fat or anything and need to gain weight go for dairy stuff, ie. Cheese, milk etc. Or eat something very high in calories, ie. Chocolate!

Or you could find out whats in the shakes that you can buy that make you gain mass like crazy and find foods with the same nutrients in

Don't do anything until you go to a doctor.
Everybody developes a t different rate I weighted in at 115 pounds when I got out of high school and one year later I went into the Air Force at 130 pounds which I stayed at for 3 years.

Eat starchs such as potatoes, pasta, and bread. If you are really underweight talk to your doctor about it. I once had a friend who was extremely underweight and her doc. gave her these shakes to make her gain weight. Good Luck

Do a lot of weight training, but don't do too much at first.... gradually work your way up to the tough weight training!
