I see my friends flirt with girls all the time. But i am always very gentle around girls which make girls think i'm boring. Pls help me! How can i boost my confidence around women?

You are doing just fine the way you are. Too smooth is too much and girls eventually see thru the crap. Just be yourself and be real and you will go far, trust me.
