YES from Google Earth the pictures were taken some time ago..some are close up..others not so. some you can see the car in the driveway and on the streets

There is some google satellite where you can look at you house and neighborhood. It's not live, so you can't see people walking around.

Google Maps is a good program for that... Of course it is not live which is what I think you are looking for. In that case, no it is not possible at this point in time

that would be infringing on privacy laws....only the government can do that, and even THEN people get mad. if you found such a site, it's undoubtedly illegal.
