Don't be too direct because sometimes that is a set up for getting hurt. Just hang out and show her that you like her. Give her clues. And see how she responds to the clues. And go from there and when you are totally sure that she's into you, then that's when you ask her out.

you should tell him, if you dont then u will never be able to be with him, you can atleast say i care for you alot but if you dont feel the same can we be friends? its worth a chance, if u dont youll never have a chance
