i just moved here to the usa. what is it with black people? ever been in front of one going into a store? what do most people do? hold the door for the guy walking behind them. and most of the time the guy you are holding the door for usually says, "thank you". a black will take his time walking through the door as if YOU WERE EXPECTED to hold the door for them. ever driven through a parking lot and a black crosses your path on foot and you stop to let them through? what do most people do? hold up and hand as if to gesture, "thank you" and hurry out of your way. a blck will just take their time walking. ever driven down a street with a black in the street? most people get the hell out of the way of the car coming, not a black. they EXPECT you to drive around them. i dont know about you, but from where i come from there are people who would put a good ole fashion azz whooping on these people for just being rude

not all "blacks" (your word - not mine) are that way. While in the Marines I met all sorts and I have to say the african american people are very proud and confident. I do have to admit that some people (any color) have really bad attitudes. I miss the days when you could wave at your neighbor. I'm trying to bring them back and so far I actually have a few people waving at me as I drive by. Ofcourse they probably laugh at me when i'm past them but hey it's a start.

Rudeness comes in all colors. But to say that violence is the answer to being treated rudely, well that says quite a bit about some very real issues you may wanna deal with.

I don't find this is limited to black people at all, that's completely ridiculous. Very rude and obnoxious people walk through the door
as if "YOU WERE EXPECTED" to hold the door for them.
When this happens, and unfortunately it happens only too often, I just say "Your very welcome". How can you hold just one race to blame for people of all races that are lower class?!!!

I've seen ALL races do the things you are describing. I feel it is a matter of people thinking their sh*t don't stink....no matter what their skin color.
