I have a physicial next week, is there anyway I can lower my cholesterol by then, is is now 239

yes, there are lifestyle changes that you can make which will help lower cholesterol or at least curb it. get regular exercise and eat foods that have low fat content. also, foods that have the good kind of cholesterol like olive oil, avocados and fresh fish are excellent for your heart.

Why do you want to lower your cholesterol in order to look good for a physical ? The whole purpose is to find out what your blood looks like under normal conditions?
but if it helps you dont eat bacon and eggs the day before or greasy bbq. chicken and no pie and whipped cream . You should go easy on that stuff anyway .Exercise is important.Walk to the super market

My mom eats oatmeal every morning and drinks a shake with the following:

Juice from 2 oranges
A slice of pineapple
A piece of celery
A small piece of aloe vera (maybe an inch or so)
I'm not quit sure if she added oatmeal or not.

Drink it every morning and you should not only feel better but your cholesterol will lower.
