aight i got a friend hes 18 and hes going after this 14 year old girl. (Whether you want to believe that its really me or not, I dont care, it truthfully is my friend) Now me and my friends all give him crap about it but i want to know if other people think that its weird. Ive seen her shes cute and all that... like i said shes "cute" like a kid who will be a "hot" 18 yr old. So what do you think?

it's not weird for an 18 yr old to be physcially attracted to a 14 yr old.. but as far as pursuing a relationship? i think they'd both find that the age gap is too big. they are at different stages in their lives.. they will have different wants and needs, and they will have different expectations of what a relationship should be.
it's great that she will grow into a beautiful young woman in 4 years, but seriously, how many 14 yr olds stay with the same boyfriend for 4 years? i don't think it will last, so i'd encourage your friend to stop pursuing her and focus on girls his own age..

It is a fact of life that you will eventually marry someone you have dated. There is a law against the 14 year old getting married in my state (I think it's the same law in nearly every state but Tennessee) Anyway, since they can't legally get married, WHAT ARE THEY THINKING? The 18 year old is ASKING FOR trouble. Also, why date if you don't have an ultimate goal of the relationship going somewher (i.e., marriage?) If he just wants to use her, there is a law for that in my state, too. It's called statutory rape.

lookin back when i was 14 dating a 17 year old it wasn't weird i loved him but now that im older and have kids yes i think it is a little creepy and wrong to take advantage of a young girl like that. he should wait till she is 18 plus its illegal. if the parent want to press it

it is natural, because love has no business with ages. But at the age of 14 I don't think the girl is mature enough to have a good decision. Tell your friend to wait till she is more mature. Otherwise, bad things will happen to their relationship

Weird, gross, illegal. 14 is too young to "date" anyone, especially an 18 year old. Regardless of what she looks like and how mature she thinks she is.

No I really don't think that is weird because he's 18 and she is 14. All that he need to do is stop going out with her,because he can really go to jail. I mean he don't have to stop talking to her he just need to stop going out with her, that will be best thing to do!

I truely think that if the guy is dating a 14yr old, whether he is your friend or not, it is your moral duty to turn him in to the police and to protect the 14yr old. i know you might not want to do it, but it is your moral duty. Would you want your 14yr old dating an 18yr old?
And yes, i do think it is wrong.
