There is a boy in my class that I really like. I've liked him since 6th grade. He knows that I like him, but he insists that he just wants to be friends, and nothing more. What should I do????

As a girl, you shouldn't be wondering of what u should do at such a young age or even at an older age if a guy says he doesn't like u enough to be his girlfriend. Believe me, u've done enough letting him know that u like him. Again, just as i've told several girls before. As a girl, you're not suppose to run after a guy, he should be running after you. People might think that's old fashion but, ask any man, it's a basic principle for men. They are hunters and like to hunt their prey. Because they'd rather go after someone whose a challenge, once you let them know you can be easily taken, you're not a challenge, they're no longer interested. I bet you they'll go after your best friend if she turns them down or shows no sign of interest, that's a challenge. As you grow older you'll realize what I am saying. Right now, you'll think I'm just saying a bunch of nonsense but, trust me, it has been tested over & over again & any men will tell u. Basically, he didn't hunt you, you're not a prey or challenge that he wants 'cause you've taking the urge to hunt you out of him. Frankly, there's nothing you can do. You're young, have fun, play video games & when the time comes you'll know how to use your womenhood(meaning your shyness, being coy, your eyes). God gave us certain ways that we can tell a guy we like him(when u get a little older) without giving up anything & letting them think they chased you. Remember, as a woman, you were born smarter.

I have had the SAME PROBLEM! The best solution is to just be friends for a little amount of time, and then later on I think he will want to take it to the next step. Good luck and please try this!

i know this sounds hard and it is like the hardest thing to do in the world but for right now just think of him as a friend. but maybe when he gets to know u a little better he will see how great u really are and want to go out wit u !! just let it go for right now hang around him a little more and just see wat happens

get him to like u. ask 4 his email sit by him at lunch. get his messenger hang out wit his friends make him jealous, start hangin out wit another boy 2. just sum of my advice.

i had the same thing happen to me last year. then we dated over summer. just stay friends. he might really like you.
