I know how your sister feels. At times, when you are younger, you feel if you do one little thing, you have been abandoned by God, especially if you pray and God chooses to wait and speak later. What she needs now is the love and support of her family. It might help if your whole family get together and pray with her. I assure you I will be.

The Baha'is (who embrace Christianity, and all spirituality) teach that ultimately, science and religion are in harmony. Perhaps she is seeking the reconciliation. She may need to know that it is okay to seek that harmony, to investigate for herself to see where there mey be similarities and agreement between science and religion, rather than joining the debate.

Perhaps she should just be allowed to pray to God about it, and encouraged to open her heart to God's answer, not the answer you, your parents, or her teachers would want to give her.

If she cries out to God, God will be there. Science is true, but not in the way evolutionist have us to believe. Help share the truth to her, and make her understand that God created everything we see, & that if she ask Jesus into her heart, she will be saved and she will go to heaven. Its' important to be gentle and understanding and hopefully her fear will leave.

You should tell her that it doesn't have to be one or the other. Science and God go hand in hand. THey don't have to contradict one another like some believe. I'm not saying I believe in the big bang theory but who is to say that God didn't create the big bang. There are plenty of web-sites on how Science and God actually correlate. Have her research the subject.

Tell her that she might find it all out in the Bible.Trust me,at 11,a man behind the pulpit screaming at you and telling you you are going to hell is scary.Ask her to read John 3 and see if this is true.It is much lighter hearted than what she might have heard.Good luck!

Take her to speak to a pastor or a christian counselor. She can understand that science and religion are real and that she needs to not dwell on those horrid thoughts.

no one can see the wind only the effects of the wind yet no one Denys the wind exists. GOD is like the wind. look in the Heavens and on the Earth to look at the Handiwork of GOD. yet, like the wind GOD is invisible to all mortals because of the limitations of their 5 senses.

First you go and smack the moron who put all that crap in her head. "God" isn't going to visit anyone. We all make up the God force of the universe. A little bit of God is in all of our hearts. Have a realistic talk with her and explain how people have lied to her about how things are. The sooner she sees the truth, the better off she will be.

Poor girl! Who planted in her the idea that she would go to hell? And why should science being right make her go to hell? That's insane!
