I am 18 and I am exchange student in america.Since I came here I gained 15 pounds and I am playing basketball every day for 2 hours and it doesn't help.Is there any other way to lose weight and are piils unhealthy?

walk, and walk some more, and drink lots of water, it will make you feel fuller and you won't eat as much.

If pills would help with weight loss there would be no fat people in America. Have you noticed that there ARE an abundance of obese people here? It's because our diet has changed so drastically in the last 30 years. Fast foods and super-portions is the cause, along with ignorance in eating properly. OK...now, I'd suggest you stop the junk foods and go back to the way you ate before. Fresh fruits, veggies and lean meats/fish with healthy snacks between meals and 8 full glasses of water a day. No sodas either. The basketball....supplement with a good brisk 10 minute walk daily. This will help get your metabolism in high gear well after you have stopped exercising. Please stay healthy. THIS WON'T TAKE MUCH OF MY TIME, PILLS ARE FOR LOOSING WEIGHT, ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GAIN TWICE THAT AMOUNT BACK FROM USING THOSE PILLS. NOW YOU CAN LOSS THE WEIGHT BUT YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE WILLING TO KEEP THE ROUTINE GOING. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IF, I SAID IF YOU ARE HEALTHY ENOUGH TO DO THIS IS JUST CUT YOUR LUNCH AND DINNERS IN HALF AND GET YOU A GOOD HIGH IMPACT EXERCISE ROUTINE. EAT A BREAKFAST WITH A FRUIT, TWO GLASSES OF WATER, OJ, HAVE A SLICE OF TOAST NO BUTTER, A EGG AND TWO SLICES OF BACON.(EATING MUCH LESS GETTING THAT WATER INTAKE IN). LUNCH EAT A NORMAL LUNCH ,THAT DON'T MEAN YOU CAN HAVE TWO BURGERS. KEEP IN MINE STARCHES YOU CAN NOT HAVE A LARGE PORTION AND LOOSE WEIGHT. YOU ARE REALLY GOING TO HAVE TO EXERCISE FOR THIS TO WORK. IF YOU EAT A NORMAL LUNCH, YOU CAN EAT A HEALTHY LITE DINNER. AND YOU NEED TO DO THIS BEFORE 6:00 IN THE EVENING IF YOU NEED A SNACK IT SHOULD BE A HEALTHY SNACK.

Don't buy the Hoodia like the other person told you, it says all natural but it made me very sick. Heck, Marajuana and cocaine are all natural. Try weight watchers my doctor recommended it. I have only lost 14lbs in 4 months but I went from a size 18 to a size 10.

walking i do it 3 to 4 miles a day and i lost 50 pounds in 6 months

six months is definitely a long time and it would be easy if you can be determined........ you can try the atkins diet which is pretty strict but definitely works or try the abs diet where you eat about 6 small meals per day.... this is a good diet but it gets hard sometimes to make yourself eat those 6 meals especially if you are busy........ combine one of those diets with exercise and you will reach your goal in no time

you can lose 20 pounds in six months just by reducing your daily calorie intake by 500 kcal. But you should consider first: maybe you gained weight by building new muscles !

Pills are unhealthy. Eat less, eat healthier foods, & exersize.
