No heaven or hell. A before life would be the same as an after life considering reincarnation. You go and be with the other Spirits that have gone before you.

This is not Heaven. There is sin, death, and violence all over the place. No one could call this place Heaven. This place is filled with hatred. People die and get sick... that is not what Heaven is like.
Heaven is a place where nothing is wrong, where Christians go after death. I'm not trying to get into what religion is right right now... but I'm just telling you... this is NOT Heaven. In Heaven there will be no sickness, hunger, dying, or crime. Everything will be made new... and perfect.

It is my belief that we are in spirit, and have some say as to what life we will lead, before entering the body... there may be other spirits clamoring for the same life, and the mother (and father) may have some ability to affect which will be allowed to start his/her life with this new child, through meditative astral practices... But the spirits waiting for life are in limbo; not in Death, not in an After-Life... like a waiting room...
We all have lessons to learn, and work to do, and we come here to do one part of that work and that learning...

This is actually a debatable question.
There are many who feel that we are being told that there was a world previous to Adam and Eve. That we live in another correction...as with the flood....or Moses leading them out of slavery

i believe we are in spirit before this life ... all be it a fairly new spirit
i believe we have a small account of the life we take and the lessons it will hold for us ...
i believe that during this life we fleet back and forth to that spirit world , during sleep etc ..
so that when we return after death .... it feels like home

I do not believe in pre- or post- life, so my answer would be no. We do not exist until a sperm meets an egg.

I think that our souls live many lives. We were on the other side and then we are born again. When our body dies, our souls will go home again.
