Temporarily they may be less noticeable, just like ACNE is less noticeable with a tan. Multiple sunburns will cause damage to your skin which will cause it to be less elastic. When your skin is less elastic, the stretch mark (or sub-dermal scar) will become more apparent than it is now.

Topical creams can help to lighten the stretch marks and there are Dr.'s who offer combination therapies that include topical creams, lasers and microdermabrasion. The goal of the multi-modality route is to lighten the stretchmark, even the skin tone and promote collagen regrowth that aids in making your skin more elastic and scars far less noticeable. Be careful if you go to a provider as there are many stretch mark removal cures that have been advertised but have never panned out.

No, sun damage to your skin is far worse than stretch marks and can lead to skin cancer. Use cocoa butter on the marks or stretchmark creams that will help diminish the appearance.

Sunburn actually accentuates stretchmarks and other scars. On top of this, sunburns hurt like heck.
