my mom home cooks everything :) healthy,.. (i think?) and i'm thinking there is real no way to count the calories but thought i would give it a shot... any answers?

go to calorieking.com and enter the ingredients--add them up and then divide by servings--it should be a least a rough estimate!

Yes, you can buy a book that lists the calorie content of many foods including fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables. I have one and it is very useful.
