If you do not have a very "clean" stream of urine, you may have extra protein that contaminates the urine. To put this amount in perspective, consider that 1 teaspoon of sugar is 5000 mg by weight, so 65 pieces that weigh 77mg each can fit into that same teaspoon. That is really a small amount.

I would not be worried, because the protein is probably from contamination. It might be good to have another test in 3-6 months to retest for the urine. If you have an unusual amount of protein, you might ask for further testing. If there is something wrong, it will show up again in 3-6 months.
