ok i completely understand, ima guy and for the longest time i thought i couldnt dance but turns out i can....believe in yourself, you can dance, you will be fine if your confident, what type of music are you going to be dancing to

Dancing is simple. Listen to the music, look at others who are dancing, notice that not everyone dances the same. Notice that some people just stand there and rock back and forth a little. Go for it. Smile a lot.

Fast dances: move side to side to the beat, snap your fingers to the beat, or just do whatever. Guys can't really dance fast anyways.
Slow dances: Put your hands around his neck and act like you're hugging. Sway back and forth, you'll kinda spin around in circles together.
HAVE FUN! Nobody will notice that you aren't the best dancer.

Just go with the flow of everyone else, and before you go watch some mtv lol. Know one really knows how to dance when they go they fake it. Pray for a slow dance anyone can wing those LOl

There are MANY ways to dance....watch the others on the dance floor and if you see someone doing something you think looks good, mimic that.

If a guy asks you to dance, wether it's country, a slow song, or a fast song, just tell him the truth, giggle about it a little...ask him to help you...just act cute and try your best...you'll never know how to dance unless you try and practice!! have fun and have no worries!!! LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!
