Cats keep themselves clean and see no need to take a bath. They have thick fur that can take a while to dry. Wet fur is cold. Even if they did like to get wet, being flushing down the toilet isn't acceptable to felines.

OK!? I just have to say that 1- could it be the force of you holding him/her down in the toilet then flushing it?? Hmmm maybe it's just me? I have 3 cats who'll jump in the tub with me -- they love the whirlpool -- I've been giving them baths since they were kittens and they love the water.

Honestly, I can't keep my cats out of the toilet. I think they like the fresh water. They drink straight from the tap in the sink and the bathtub. No fear there ... unless I turn it on full blast!

whate hemisphere are you in? Some cats don't like the way the water turns going down the drain.
