I need to get some easy, wholesome recipes to try out. I am 3 months pregnant, and have horrible heartburn and nausea.
My fiancee is allergic to chicken, and an enzyme in leafy green vegetables (weird, I know)... so I really need something healthy, not green, not chicken (or something I can add chicken on the side), and suitable for my 4 year old son.
Any foods specifically suitable for pregnant ladies would be great, or any websites... thanks

put a little olive oil in a baking dish and layer defrosted tilapia or other fish filets top with lemon slices and drizzle more olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper

bake at 350 for maybe 15 minutes, but watch it close. fish is done when it "flakes" with a fork

I serve with rice and any veggies you guys can both eat
